K law appoints acquisitions partner
K law is pleased to announce yet another major lateral hire. Acquisitions partner Patrick Geeraert has joined our firm in a move designed to enhance and expand K law’s M&A department.
With more than 15 years of experience in M&A, Patrick specializes in all legal aspects of corporate transactions from LOI over due diligence and contract negotiations to post deal legal assistance.
Before joining K law, Patrick Geeraert was a Counsel in the Corporate & Finance Department (M&A) of NautaDutilh in Belgium. He started his career as legal counsel with Brussels Airport Company, before joining the Bar.
Our firm, which already has significant M&A and Corporate, Tax, Employment, Banking & Finance and Real Estate practices, is delighted with the appointment of Patrick. His appointment fits our strategy seamlessly and is another important further step in the growth ambitions of our law firm that houses today already over 40 lawyers.
