K Law acted as legal advisor to the Communauté française de Belgique, as Issuer of a EUR 5,000,000,000 EMTN Programme. Deutsche Bank AG, London and Belfius Bank NV/ SA acted as co-arrangers on the transaction. Application may be made for the Notes to be listed on Euronext Brussels and/ or the Luxembourg Stock Exchange.
