Approval of the new Belgian Companies and Associations Code in its second reading
Today, 25 May 2018, the Federal Ministerial Council approved the new Belgian Companies and Associations Code in its second reading. This means that the draft bill can be submitted to Parliament for discussion and voting. K law will closely follow-up on these evolutions and will keep you updated on a regular basis.
