K law has successfully assisted the shareholders of IMMO DCT NV, in the preparation, negotiation and closing of the sale of all shares of this real estate holding company to an undisclosed buyer.
IMMO DCT NV owns multiple properties in the vicinity of the new NATO headquarters in Brussels.
