K law assists the Cogit Group in the sale of their shares to Eurofiber
K law assisted the Cogit Group in the sale of their shares to Belgian/Dutch glass fiber specialist Eurofiber. In this transaction Eurofiber acquired French companies Eurafibre, ATE - Avenir Télématique and EURADC. The purchase of these companies will give Eurofiber a strong position in the north of France in “fiberoptic connectivity, cloud and managed services, as well as server hosting services in colocation datacenters”.
