Relaunch of the social elections procedure
Due to the corona crisis, the 2020 social elections did not take place in May, but were postponed to November. The procedure was frozen after day X+35, the day on which the candidate lists were submitted, this date was set between March 17 and March 30.
The ‘new’ day X+36, the day on which the procedure must be resumed, falls on a day between September 23 and October 6. Soon, new 'actions' are required, but as an employer, are you already familiar with the most important upcoming obligations?
