How can I help ?
My job is to help you with any real estate related legal question you may have. My main area of focus is the retail sector where I advise both retailers and landlords, specifically in contract drafting and negotiations; transfers; acquisitions and disposals of (retail) business; lease renewals; and real estate litigation. I also have expertise in corporate real estate transactions, general corporate law and consultancy and commercial litigation.
