New European thresholds for public procurement
Every two years, the European Commission reviews the thresholds that a contracting authority must take into account when awarding public contracts. On 10 November, new thresholds were set to replace the current ones.
As from 1 January 2022 until 31 December 2023, the following European thresholds will apply:
