Our new partner reinforces the Corporate and M&A department in the Antwerp office
We are thrilled to announce the latest addition to our legal team: we warmly welcome Koen Selleslags as our newest partner. He brings a wealth of experience to the Antwerp office, where he reinforces the Corporate and M&A department.
Koen Selleslags boasts an impressive background. His years of experience at DLA Piper will undoubtedly bolster our firm's capabilities in M&A and corporate structuring projects. His transactional work involves advising clients during the complete process of acquiring or selling businesses. In addition, he supports clients with the reorganization of their businesses' legal structure and general corporate law issues.
Accompanying Koen from DLA Piper is Fauve Vander Schelden, who also brings her rich experience to the Corporate and M&A department in Antwerp as counsel.
